Our Lady of Angels School of Religion

We teach our children to seek God in their everyday experiences and to recognize Jesus in everyone they meet.

Our Lady of Angels Parish School of Religion

As catechists, we seek to foster the knowledge of the Catholic faith in our students and their families as we explore Jesus’ message of love through the Gospels. We assist our families to understand and experience liturgical  and sacramental celebrations, especially the sacrament of the Eucharist. We strive to build a sense of community, attentive listening to the Word of God and prayer-centered individuals.

Our hope is to build a faithful community of Jesus’ disciples.

Classes are offered once a week to children in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade who are registered parishioners at Our Lady of Angels.

Our Lady of Angels School of Religion is an integral part of our parish community.

“We are committed to helping parents provide their children with a solid spiritual foundation for their Roman Catholic faith. Our teachers are role models of service to the community. Our goal is to create an open and respectful learning environment that embodies Christian values for every student. Our curriculum emphasizes an understanding of our history through the Old Testament, teachings of Jesus in the New Testament and the truths and traditions of the Roman Catholic faith.”
