At Our Lady of Angels School of Religion, we are committed to providing a comprehensive faith formation experience for our students and their families.
Throughout the year, we host a variety of important dates and events designed to enrich our community’s spiritual journey. These include sacramental preparations such as First Reconciliation and First Eucharist ceremonies, Confirmation retreats and celebrations, as well as parent meetings and workshops aimed at supporting families in their pivotal role as primary catechists. Additionally, we offer seasonal events like Advent and Lenten reflections, community service opportunities, and faith-based social gatherings that foster a sense of belonging and active participation within our parish community.
We encourage all families to stay informed and engaged by regularly checking our communications for updates on these significant events.
We are always looking for volunteers to share Jesus with our parish children. As we are expanding our homeschool program, we are looking for teachers and aides both in the classroom and possibly virtual classrooms.
At Our Lady of Angels School of Religion, our curriculum is rooted in the four pillars of the Catholic faith: The Profession of Faith, The Celebration of the Christian Mystery, Life in Christ, and Christian Prayer. We utilize the Gospel Weeklies Faith Formation program to engage students in these foundational areas, encouraging parents to extend these lessons at home.
